Welcome back guys and gals!
I recently had spectacular session with the Dando family. I truly have the best clients ever! They had a distinct vision for their session and did a wonderful job preparing and dressing their children for the occassion.
We met at the Kimbell Art Museum off Camp Bowie in front of the new Piano Pavilion. I love shooting at this location because it has unbelievable light and a beautiful backdrop that perfectly complimented the kids’ clothing styles (which is from Hip Hip Hooray Children’s Wear in Dallas).
For our shoot, the Dando’s brought candy to bribe the kids and boy was that helpful!
It was truly an amazing photo shoot. And if any of you are considering a family session or are prepping for an upcoming session, heed the words of Kelly:
“Have fun! And bribe the kids!” she says. Solid advice! She also recommended you bring a brush for crazy hair and make sure the kids are rested and in a good mood.
What was Kelly’s favorite part of their session? She shares, “Quick and easy. Kids have a short attention span so it is amazing that you were able to take such great pics in a short time.” This was one of my 20-minute spring Simply Amanda Portrait Events.
And this final image is my favorite. Just love it.
