Okay, so maybe it’s been awhile {since Dawson arrived}. Posts don’t make it up on my blog as quickly as they used to! But my baby, Dawson, was born April 21 at a whopping 9 lbs 8 oz! And, excitedly, I had a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean)! I was planning for a natural (non-medicated) birth as well. As badly as I wanted that edipural at 6cm, I was progressing too quickly for it and I got that natural birth I was wanting (like it or not at the time!).
Perhaps surprisingly (considering Dawson’s my second child), I actually photographed his newborn portraits AND sent out a birth announcement. Since I sadly couldn’t send it to everyone, I thought I’d post it below for everyone to see!

Amanda – I got mine in the mail and was blown away at how pretty they were!!! Stunning!!! What a beautiful baby!! Let’s get together soon so the older ones can play while we tend to the babies! Ours are only 7 days apart!
