{6×6 art album} – fort worth senior photographry

I am always looking for new, different or better products to offer my clients and recently became aware of the album I’m blogging about now. I currently offer an 8×8 and 10×10 album but wanted a smaller option… I ran across a different album company that offers a 6×6 that was perfect!

It has different qualities than the two larger albums so in a way, it’s a product of it’s own. Instead of the pages being printed on “photo paper”, it’s printed on art papers: watercolor, linen, pearl and art recycled (a beautiful paper made from 100% recycled content for all the earth conscious folks out there). Thus the name: art album. The cover material is linen that comes in a variety of colors BUT you can upgrade to this beautiful custom designed metallic material (see images below). It’s way cool.

The pages are sturdy instead of being like magazine pages. They’re very sturdy.

And of course each album is custom designed by me to best tell your story and display your images.

{nicole} – fort worth fashion senior photographer

This week, myself and two other photographer friends ventured out to the beautiful new 7th street area to experiment with a new kind of shooting that lends towards a greater “high fashion” look. Our guinea pig, Nicole, was INCREDIBLE. I’m so excited to start offering this new look for my seniors!

{what a family!} – fort worth family photographer

One of the awesome privileges of my job is meeting/getting to know better my clients through the process of creating their precious portraits. This family was no exception. I actually have known them for a couple years and was SO excited when the mom asked me to photograph their family. As you’ll be able to see below, they are the COOLEST family EVER. They were absolute hoots and kept me laughing as they laughed. Alot of teens can be too “cool” for their family and pictures but these kids really enjoyed each other. I could brag all day long about them, but I’ll go ahead and let you see their family’s portraits!

The mom was the vision behind this shoot. She did a stellar job at thinking through the style she wanted to achieve with her portraits which included location and clothing. Such creativity. It was fun to shoot in a new location!

The  mom asked me about trying to produce a photograph similar to the “Abbey Road” road. Here was our best effort. Not bad:)

{more senior!} – fort worth senior photographer

More of Brittany. I was just excited how they all turned out. I thought we got a good variety of looks and styles, yet all true to her overall style. I definitely have my favorites and it was interesting how (today we had their ordering session) a few of my absolute favorites were their absolute LEAST favorites! It sort of made me doubt my ability to choose what I consider the “best” :) Anyway, on with Brittany.

12

Another thing I thought was interesting was what a PERFECT “serious”/non teeth smile she had and how the majority of their order was compromised of smiling portraits. I just LOVE the “serious” ones though!

The one on the right was B’s all time favorite.

And of course the boyfriend joined us for a few. That was fun- shooting couples is always lots of fun.

I think this one has become my all time favorite. I just LOVE the background!

What fun!

{brittany} – fort worth senior photography

Meet Brittany. She’s the daughter of one of the first people Adam and I met when we first moved to Fort Worth. Her mom gave us plenty of laughs as we figured out all of our insurance needs at Darren Miller State Farm! I was so excited when she thought of me when it came time for her daughter’s senior portraits. Here’s just a sneak peak with more to come!

I told her she had “the look” as can be seen above. Wouldn’t you agree? She was INCREDIBLE to work with. She made my job a piece of cake.

She had this idea she’d seen from another friend’s photograph. She pulled it off perfectly!

{senior spokesmodel wanted} – fort worth senior photographer

If you are a 2010 Senior at Arlington Heights and would like a chance to receive a fun, complimentary (FREE!), on-location session with Amanda Lynn Photography (these will NOT be like your glamour craft pictures!), please submit a photo to amandalynnphoto@yahoo.com and she’ll send you an application that will allow you to tell her more about yourself and your school involvement.

She’s looking for an involved girl who will hand out personalized contact cards and show off her senior portraits. Senior reps are expected to “talk it up” with their friends and classmates.

The winning candidate will receive a complimentary session and 16 wallets of their favorite shot from the session. You can also earn additional free products for referring your other senior friends! For full details, please contact her soon as she would like to schedule the spokesmodel’s session in the next week or two.

{dexter} – fort worth senior photographer

Just bored and thought I’d post a few others from my recent senior shoot. I posted a couple weeks ago, but thought I’d post some of the more creative/different shots I got. Fun, fun.

{dexter} – dallas senior photographer

Meet Dexter. He’s a senior guy from the Dallas area. I photographed him in Grapevine. What a cool spot his mom found for me. I photographed him and a bunch of his friends last year for prom & we got to meet again yesterday for his senior portraits. I think we got some pretty groovy shots. Anyway, here are a few of my favorites.

The one on the right is, I think, my all time favorite. He looks like a rock star.

{meredith} – fort worth senior photographer

Meet Meredith. Meredith is actually from Tulsa. She grew up with Adam (my hubby)- actually Adam apparently used to babysit her (does that tell you how old we are?!). Anyway, Meredith spent spring break in Fort Worth and wanted me to photograph her for her senior portraits. What a fun time we had! I just imaged half of her pictures and couldn’t resist posting a few of my favorites. Here’s a sneak peak!
