These are the world’s most adorable children. Okay, okay. Maybe I’m a little biased since they are MY kids. These were taken when they were 3, 5 & 7 and boy did they rock their pink and grey Janie & Jack outfits on this beautifully overcast day!
My darling Sommer is as bright & happy as her name. She could make me smile at the drop of the hat, just by smiling at me. She can, like many females, also turn from happy to the-world-is-falling-apart at the drop of a hat, but isn’t she precious!
I have a particular fondness toward this image, not only because she is perfectly posed & as cute as a button, but because this image captures her beautifully healthy hair. You see, until she was 2, her hair was short, wispy and just plain unhealthy, which reveals an inner nutritional deficiency. It was pseudo embarrassing because hair provides beauty and femininity.
At 2 years old, she (along with the whole family) drank Ningxia Red (a whole food, anti-oxidant, nutrient dense juice) for one month (a sort of 30-day challenge).
During this month, I had multiple people tell me her hair was looking longer and healthier. I was sold! Three years later, we’ve hardly skipped a day & her hair is EVEN longer! I’m so thankful her body is being flooded with so much good that she’s got loads left over to deliver it to her hair! If you’d like to flood your body with this goodness, take the same 30-day challenge we did- I’d love to help you get started! But I digress.
Real men wear pink. Don’t you think?
This prince charming lost that tooth at only 5 & didn’t lose another for well over a year if not 1.5. Do you see that little tooth poking out? It’s what we affectionally call his “fang tooth” that is as sturdy as any permanent tooth (2 years later!). Dawson’s front tooth is coming in around it- SIDEWAYS! Oh the joys of raising children! #DentalWorkInOurFuture
My dear husband with my eldest child. This location was PERFECT on this overcast day because the entire area is one big reflector, shining brightness onto the subjects’ beautiful (I mean, handsome) faces!
Who doesn’t love a good ol’, laughing black & white portrait of father and son. Thank you for sharing your time with me. I hope you have enjoyed my work!
